01DESIGN & SKETCH
Your event theme and brand identity become sketches: silhouettes, proportions, colours and materials. We discuss how the award will look in the recipient’s hands and on stage.

02ARTWORK & APPROVAL
Working drawings clarify dimensions, construction, logo placement and recipient names. Design, spelling, quantities, costs and schedules are confirmed before production. Physical samples can be discussed for the project.

03MATERIAL & CUTTING
The approved shape guides pattern layout and material cutting. Laser or CNC processes are selected for the material, thickness and form; components are then prepared for the next stage.

04POLISHING & FINISHING
Cut edges are refined and surfaces finished to the selected appearance. Colour, graphics, printing or engraving are discussed for the material so each element supports the overall design.

05ASSEMBLY & CHECK
The award body, base and decorative elements are assembled to the agreed construction. Checks cover component alignment, stability, surface condition and matching names and categories to the order list.

The box is part of the award experience. Discuss its form, exterior colour, logo placement and a foam insert fitted to the product. Awards are arranged and protected before going into shipping packaging.
